FAQs

All products are shipped out of our warehouse in Las Vegas, Nevada. We ship all items within one business
day.

If you select free shipping option, we use Fedex Ground or Fedex Smart Post to ship items. Depending on how far you live from Las Vegas, It can take anywhere between 2 to 9 business days. We do offer expedited shipping as an added option. Expedited shipping usually takes 2– 4 business days.

Please allow one day for processing. Orders placed after 8AM will usually ship the next business day but can take up to 48 hours if we need to transfer a product from one warehouse to another. Orders placed on Fridays, holidays or on weekends will be shipped the following business day. It is not guaranteed that expedited shipments will be delivered on holidays or weekend. This is something that is not in our control

At the time of writing this answer, all our cotton is made is Pakistan. 
Our Microfiber is made in China. 
We continue to expand our assortment strategically.  Currently we are negotiating production in Turkey, Peru, Morocco for a higher standard, hand-made experience for our customers. 

Currently we only ship to Canada outside of the United States. Customers need to select Canada shipping options during checkout otherwise sales will be cancelled. Canada shipping is based on per item up charge. Our shipping rates for Canada do not include any additional customs duty charged that might be charged by the Canadian Customs. Please refer to our shipping Policy for more details.
