You'll have the opportunity to earn store credit with every purchase and interacting with our brand on social media. Southshore Points can be redeemed like cash at checkout, or can unlock special discounts!

There are many ways to earn points! Just signing up will reward Southshore Points. You can also earn points with sharing our posts and following our social media accounts. Also with each purchase points are rewarded. You can see the full list of earnings above.

You will need to log into your account, and then click the Rewards launcher in the bottom left-hand corner.

Points rewarded from a refunded purchase will automatically be deducted from your account.

To turn points into a reward, you will need to log into your account. Click the Rewards launcher in the bottom left-hand corner to view the rewards panel. Click on All Rewards. If you do not have enough points to redeem a reward, a progress bar will appear. If you do have enough points, click the redeem and click the "Redeem" button at the bottom of the coupon pop-up. The discount will automatically be applied at checkout.

You must perform the action via the launcher on the website. Please note that it could take up to 24 hours for your points balance to adjust. If your balance still doesn’t look right after this time, please contact our Customer Service team at southshorefinelinens@gmail.com and we can assist you!
